Surrogacy

Surrogacy is a legal contract with the woman who willingly carries the pregnancy for the commissioning couple, who are the biological parents. The biological mother in this case has either had her womb removed as a part of surgery, or has an absent or malformed womb, unable to carry a pregnancy successfully.

Surrogacy can also be offered to women who despite good embryos, have had repeated implantation failure or miscarriages.
